With the development of society, science and technology not only made the social environment and the structure of production change greatly, but also make the style of human’s life and living standard change too in the 20th century. The third revolution of science and technology represented by the wide application of the computer make the human enter the times of globalize information dissemination. 

The animation is popularized and spread extensively as the art form of popular amusement after the development and popularization of media such as films and televisions. As to the traditional animation, the Vector-Animation with the short making cycle, little fund input, high picture, mutual and strong intelligence become a new important army in new era. This thesis investigated mainly in the noumenon of Vector-Animation, artistic language, innovative research and social effect. The content probed the culture signifying, the characteristic of symbol , the model language and the important function of the development of Vector-Animation to the progress of society and spirit. 

I have not write new content for a long time. The biggest reason is that i am going through a importent stage of life. I sent some resume and accept the interview from different company or university those days.

I begin to study in the University with a large number of dreams seven years ago.But, when I plan to do some importent thing for being a teather in a university or working in a famouse interprise after geting bachelor and master degrees I found it is not easy.

Maybe i study the content during my undergraduate is not very fit the society.Maybe the animation need not to be do as a job but a interest. My dream is that I can drawing some picture i like and creat several outstanding animation under a good environment.

oh my god,I am crazy.I do not know how to do if I have bad luck that I can not get a job with a good environment working in animation area.
